Polyben Technologies ("Polyben", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected on www.polyben.com and through our contact channels (phone, email, WhatsApp and our Facebook page), how it is used, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations (including Amendment 13).

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone and message submitted through the contact form, and anything you share by phone, email, WhatsApp or Facebook message (for example drawings and project details).
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: if you fill in a Polyben lead form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, we receive the details you entered: name, phone, email, company name and a description of your request.
• Technical information: the web server automatically logs data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and operation.

You are not obliged to provide information, but without it we cannot get back to you.

3. How we use it

• Responding to inquiries, preparing quotes and customer service.
• Managing the business relationship and agreed projects.
• Securing the website and preventing misuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we will not send you marketing without your consent.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your chosen accessibility settings in your browser (localStorage) so they persist between pages. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads. See the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing with third parties

Information is shared only with providers that help us run the website and communications (such as web hosting and email services), only to the extent necessary, or when required by law. Some providers may store data outside Israel, subject to applicable law.

6. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

If you contact us through the Polyben Facebook page, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Messenger or WhatsApp, the information is also processed by Meta under the Meta Privacy Policy. We use the details you send us there only to respond to you.

7. Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was provided for, or as required by law, and take reasonable security measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You may access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing. Visitors from the EU also have rights under the GDPR. Requests: lior@polyben.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its update date, will always be published on this page.
